Salad Krysk for the New Year 2020

Housewives begin to think over the New Year’s menu long before the holiday. It has been fashionable lately to arrange salads in the form of a symbol of the coming year. According to the Eastern calendar, the rat protects 2020, so salads created in the form of this rodent or decorated with its edible figures will be the main decoration of the table.

With pineapple

You will need:

  • hard boiled chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • canned pineapple - 5 slices;
  • Dutch cheese - 200 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - to taste:
  • black peppercorns, buckwheat, cheese - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  • Eggs are peeled. We remove a couple of them to the side - they will go for decoration. Rub the egg whites on a coarse grater.
  • We spread it on a large dish, forming the shape of an incised cheese head. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

To make an imitation of a cheese head, first make a circle, and then cut it to the middle and push it apart, like a piece is eaten.

  • Pineapples cut into small cubes and lay them on the squirrels. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  • Mix the cheese chopped on a grater with the garlic passed through the press. This mass is the third layer.

  • Now you need to make mice from the eggs removed at the beginning of the process. Cut off a little protein from the side, creating a base.

  • We make eyes from buckwheat, nose from peas of black pepper, ears and tail from cheese.

With chicken

You will need:

  • boiled chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • mushrooms - 150-200 g;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • hard-boiled eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • jacket-boiled potatoes - 4-5 pcs.;
  • boiled carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • salt and mayonnaise - to taste;
  • radish and a few slices of cheese - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the potatoes. Rub on a medium grater.
  2. In a similar way we manage with carrots.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Rub in different bowls.
  4. Grind the cheese.
  5. We cut the chicken into cubes.
  6. We clean the onion. We cut in half rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
  7. We chop the mushrooms. Fry in the same oil on which the onions were sautéed (you need to remove it).
  8. Now proceed to the design. On a large plate, collect in layers in the following order: a third of the prepared potatoes, mushrooms and onions, chicken, mayonnaise, remaining potatoes, mayonnaise, carrots, mayonnaise, yolks, proteins, mayonnaise, cheese.
  9. We make mice from the radish, as in the photo, and decorate a salad with them and slices of cheese.

With canned pink salmon

You will need:

  • canned pink salmon (or tuna) - 300 g;
  • boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • boiled carrots - 1 pc.;
  • pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • mayonnaise - 200 g;
  • pepper, salt - to taste;
  • boiled sausage, olives, greens, carrot slice - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. We clean and cook boiled vegetables in separate bowls on a medium grater.
  2. Cucumbers cut into thin strips.
  3. We clean the onion. Finely chopped.
  4. Grate cheese on a medium grater.
  5. After removing the bones from the fish, we knead the fish with a fork.
  6. We clean the garlic. Pass through the press. Mix with mayonnaise.
  7. Put a little sauce on a large dish and spread the potatoes. Solim. Pepper
  8. The next layer is onion. It should be slightly smaller than potato.
  9. We put fish on the onion, also slightly not reaching the edges of the onion layer.
  10. Now it's the turn of carrots. Season with spices and sauce.
  11. The last layer is cucumbers.
  12. Sprinkle with plenty of cheese.
  13. From the slices of sausage we cut the legs and tail of the rat, from the olives we make eyes and a nose, from carrots - a mouth, from feathers of green onions - antennae. Spread greens on the sides.

With crab sticks portioned

You will need:

  • crab sticks - 200 g;
  • canned corn - 150 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 1/2 cup:
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • crab sticks, spinach, radishes (or carrots), peppercorns, lettuce (or spinach) - for decoration.

Cooking method

  1. Finely cut the crab sticks (one must first be removed for decoration).
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, finely cut.
  3. Mix crab sticks, eggs, corn (drain the liquid) and rice.
  4. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix.
  5. We form the bodies of rats. We form ponytails from crab sticks, ears from carrot / radish, and eyes from pepper. Spread on the greens.

Original Olivier Serve

It is difficult to imagine the New Year without Olivier. But if the traditional serve seems boring, you can hide it under the guise of a rat.

You will need:

  • canned peas - 200 g;
  • hard-boiled eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • jacket-boiled potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • boiled small carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • medium-sized pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.;
  • Sausage "Doctor" - 300 g;
  • mayonnaise and salt to taste;
  • cheese and olives - for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Peeled boiled vegetables. We cut into small cubes.
  2. We cut sausage and cucumbers in the same way as potatoes with carrots.
  3. Add the peas, after removing the excess liquid.

  5. Spread on a flat dish in the shape of an oval.
  6. From the rings of sausage we form the ears, and also cut the legs and tail. From olives we make eyes and a nose, from cheese - rodent antennae.

Rodent appetizer

If you don’t want to spend time preparing “Kryska” salad, but you want to decorate the holiday table with the symbol of the year, a simple snack would be an excellent solution. It looks impressive, and the creation will take no more than 10 minutes.

You will need:

  • cream cheese in the shape of triangles - 8 slices;
  • salted crackers - 8 pcs.;
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 1 slice;
  • parsley;
  • black pitted olives;
  • peas of black pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Put cheese on crackers.
  2. We cut the olives in half rings. We stick a couple in each cheese. These will be the ears of the mice.
  3. From black pepper we make eyes.
  4. Parsley branches are antennae.
  5. From red pepper we cut out small triangles that will become spouts. Everything ingenious is simple!
